Lorenzo Locurcio – Founder, Team Owner & Professional Rider

Lorenzo Locurcio, a professional motocross racer from Valencia, Venezuela, is celebrated for his speed, skill, and smooth style. A vice world champion in the FIM Junior World Championship, Lorenzo has achieved multiple top-10 finishes in premier AMA Pro Motocross and Supercross championships. His impressive career includes 10 amateur national titles, 5 Venezuelan championships, and 5 Latin American championships.

As the Founder and Owner of Wildcat Race Team, Lorenzo leads both on and off the track. He plays an active role in shaping the vision and operations of the team—building sponsor relationships, overseeing parts and equipment needs, and making sure he and his riders have the full support to perform at their best. His leadership, combined with his elite racing experience, drives Wildcat forward as a competitive and values-driven force in the motocross world.

Ingrid LOCURCIO – Team Manager & Co-Founder

As Team Manager and proud co-founder of Wildcat Race Team, Ingrid brings a unique blend of professional discipline and personal passion to the sport. With over decades of experience supporting her son, pro rider Lorenzo Locurcio, through every step of his motocross and supercross career—from amateur beginnings to the world’s top circuits—she has developed a deep understanding of the industry.

Ingrid oversees all aspects of the team’s operations—including sponsorship management, branding, logistics, travel coordination, and media. She also plays a key creative role, designing the team’s visual assets and team crew uniforms to ensure Wildcat presents a unified and professional identity on and off the track. Her leadership ensures that Wildcat Race Team runs with precision and integrity, consistently representing performance, professionalism, and the family values that have been at the core of the team since day one.

Lorenzo Locurcio Sr – Crew Chief & Co-Founder

As Crew Chief and Co-Founder of Wildcat Race Team, Lorenzo Sr. plays a vital leadership role in the daily operations and long-term vision of the team. A key figure in Lorenzo’s racing journey since day one, he has been instrumental in building a solid foundation for success, both on and off the track.

With decades of industry knowledge, Lorenzo Sr. collaborates with top-level developers and technicians to ensure that the team’s bikes are optimized for peak performance. He oversees the coordination of parts and equipment, making sure every technical and mechanical need is addressed. In addition to his role in race preparation, he also leads the team’s sponsorship efforts— securing support, and ensuring that partners are represented with professionalism. His commitment to the riders extends beyond the racetrack, personally making sure that every member of the team has what they need to perform at their best.
